Shipping Policy

1. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates Orders are shipped via USPS / UPS / FedEx with tracking included. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and shipping method.  All orders include tracking and are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

2. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for delays, mis deliveries, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.   

3.  Once an order has been shipped and marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If a package is delayed or appears lost:

• Please wait 2 business days beyond the estimated delivery date

• Contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry or claim

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

4. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the original packaging

This information is required to assist with carrier claims and Etsy case support.
